Meet Vanessa + Nina
Co-Founders of Sound Voices
Vanessa Ronan-Pearce
As well as running Sound Voices, Vanessa is an advisor to Antler, a leading global early stage venture capital firm. Her role is to create meaningful and valuable connections for Antler's startup founders and for the corporate partners brought on board. She also coaches founders on pitching to be investor ready for Demo Day.
Not only is Vanessa a presenter herself, she has also built a number of iconic conferences and events in Australia including Intersekt, Australia’s largest fintech festival, The Australian Financial Review Business Summit, Gartner's Multinational CFO Summit and she even produced the Australian launch for the Tesla Model S.
What She doesn't often reveal is that her first career was in the performing arts. Vanessa even has a degree in Dance!
As a performer Vanessa released an independent album of original music, toured the world as a singer/songwriter, worked with an international dance company and owned and ran a successful multi-location performing arts studio in Sydney, Australia.

Nina Ferro
As well as running Sound Voices Nina is an independent professional musician, singer/songwriter and master vocal coach, having worked all over the world for over 3 decades. Nina has a passion for the craft of singing and loves working with the voice as an instrument.
In her professional performing career Nina has recorded and released an impressive 8 independent albums, toured internationally, called London home for over a decade and won many awards. Nina has also had the honour of performing with some of the biggest names in the music business including James Brown, Tony Bennet, Billy Ocean, Jess Mauboy, Guy Sebastian, Jon Stevens, Gregory Porter, to name but a few.
This year Nina even had the opportunity to be part of the amazing house band for Dancing with the Stars Australia!
Nina is constantly and continuously learning with the goal to educate people on how to use their voice safely and effectively to deliver an impactful and authentic vocal outcome.
